    DIY, learn or hire?

One quotation job at three sizes. Is it a you problem, a team problem or a system problem? Start with the cheapest fix that works.

    Watch · 1:12

One quotation takes ten minutes in ChatGPT. Now do it two hundred times a day. Same job, three sizes, and each size needs a different fix.

    Size 1 · Just you

A customer wants a price: catering for eighty, Saturday. You paste the message into ChatGPT, it drafts the quote, you check the numbers and send. ChatGPT is free, or RM24 a month on the Go plan.

That's a you problem. Use the app well, and you're done.

    Size 2 · Your team

Five staff, the same ChatGPT, five different quotes. One forgets the delivery fee. One gives a discount you never agreed to. The app is fine; everyone briefs it differently.

That's a team problem, and the fix is skill: one shared method everyone uses.

    Size 3 · Your systems

Two hundred enquiries a day on WhatsApp. Someone copies each one into ChatGPT, then into the quotation sheet. Training won't fix that.

It needs keys: your WhatsApp, your price list, your sheet. Each one locked to what the job needs, and every step logged. That's a system problem. The fix: have it built.
